The data is collected from our clients via telephone, fax or through our website and is stored at our offices. The data is collected and recorded partially on paper and partially electronically, for the explicit and legitimate purposes of:

• Purposes functional to the fulfilment of regulatory obligations, provided for by laws, decrees, regulations and/or other acts equivalent thereto, as well as by Community legislation (such as legal and economic processing of personnel, recruitment, selection, training and the fulfilment of fiscal or accounting obligations);
• Purposes functional to the management of relationships with customers, suppliers, banks and so on (for example, to check on the progress of relations with clients and contractors, provide the necessary technical information and assistance needs).

3) Is it mandatory to provide the data? What happens if the data is not provided?
The conferment of the requested personal data necessary for stated obligations deriving from Italian and Community law is mandatory and the refusal to provide such data shall render it impossible to establish relations with MA.SI GROUP SRL. The provision of personal data necessary for the execution of standard operational management is not mandatory but the refusal to provide such data may result in the impossibility to perform one or more agreed services or the impossibility to enter into new contractual relationships.

4) To whom can the data be communicated? What is the scope of data dissemination?
In the context of administrative-accounting and tax activities, it is sometimes necessary to communicate some of the data processed (such as to banks, accountants, external consultants and public offices). A list of names of such persons can be found at our premises. The scope of dissemination is national.
MA.SI GROUP SRL is committed to not communicate or disseminate any information concerning such for commercial purposes and not to sell, share or transfer its databases.
Obviously, the Group must respond to the injunctions and orders of the Judicial Authority, collaborate in legal proceedings and comply with the provisions issued by Supervisory and Control Authorities and Bodies.

5) What are your rights and how can you assert them?
You can contact us to assert your rights, via any of our locations, as indicated on the website, in any form (email, fax, letter).
With regard to the processing of personal data, you are in fact entitled to:

• Update, integrate, rectify or erase such data;

6) Who materially processes the data? Who is the Data Controller?
Each professional member of our work group performs the function of Data Controller for the clients they work with. In any event, requests must always be forwarded to MA.SI GROUP SRL via the headquarters in Cornate D’Adda (MB), Italy.
